1. Introduction
West Axis LLC ("Tizemint," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at Tizemint.COM (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Platform and use our creator economy and livestream sponsorship services.
We are a United States-based service and comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and other applicable state privacy laws. This policy is designed to help you understand your privacy rights and how we handle your personal information.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways when you use our Platform. The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with our services.
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account using OAuth (Google or Twitch), we receive and store:
- Your name as provided by the OAuth provider
- Your email address
- Your profile picture (if available from the OAuth provider)
- Your unique identifier from the OAuth provider
2.2 Profile Information
You may choose to provide additional information to enhance your profile:
- Display name
- Bio or description
- Custom profile picture
- Streaming platform links (for Creators)
2.3 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial data on our servers. Stripe collects and processes:
- Credit or debit card information (held securely by Stripe)
- Billing address
- For Creators: Bank account or debit card information for payouts
- Identity verification documents (if required by Stripe for payout accounts)
2.4 Transaction Data
We collect and store information about your transactions:
- Purchase history (sponsorships you've bought)
- Payout history (earnings you've received as a Creator)
- Sponsorship content you've submitted
- Transaction amounts, dates, and statuses
- Refund and dispute records
2.5 Subscription Data
If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect and store subscription status, billing period, plan tier, and payment history. Actual payment card details are held by Stripe.
2.6 Usage Data
We collect anonymous, aggregate information about how visitors interact with the Platform. This data is collected server-side without using third-party analytics services, tracking pixels, or advertising networks:
- Page views on public creator profiles (recorded server-side)
- Block engagement events (impressions, clicks) on profile pages
- Referring websites or sources
- Approximate geographic location (country and region, derived from IP address at the network edge)
- Timestamps of page visits
How we anonymize this data: IP addresses are irreversibly hashed using SHA-256 before storage — we never store raw IP addresses for analytics. Within a single day, event linking uses a deterministic hash that rotates daily. Across multiple days, if you have the _tz_vid analytics cookie (described in Section 2.8), we can recognize you as a returning visitor for up to 30 days. This cookie is not set when GPC is enabled. No device fingerprinting techniques are used.
2.7 Device Information
We collect limited device information to provide and secure the Platform:
- Browser type and version (User-Agent header)
- IP address (hashed for analytics; raw IP used only for rate limiting and security, not stored)
We do not collect screen resolution, installed plugins, canvas data, or other device fingerprinting signals.
2.8 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies to support Platform functionality and analytics:
- Essential cookies: Required for Platform functionality (authentication, session management, security). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookie (
_tz_vid): A random, anonymous identifier stored for 30 days. This cookie contains no personal information — it is a randomly generated ID used solely to understand whether you are a new or returning visitor to a creator's profile page. It is not shared with any third party. This cookie is not set when Global Privacy Control (GPC) is enabled in your browser. - Marketing cookies: We do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. GPC is a browser-level setting that communicates your privacy preference to every website you visit.
8.1 What Happens When GPC Is Enabled

- Security measures (rate limiting, abuse prevention)
- Content moderation
8.3 How to Enable GPC
GPC is supported by major browsers and browser extensions. Visit globalprivacycontrol.org to learn how to enable it in your browser. No account or registration with Tizemint is needed — GPC works automatically for all visitors, including those who are not logged in.

When you visit a creator's profile, these embedded elements may load content directly from their respective platforms, which may set their own cookies and collect data according to their own privacy policies.
Tizemint does not control the data collection practices of third-party embeds on creator profile pages. Each platform's embed operates under its own privacy policy and cookie practices. Tizemint is not responsible for the privacy practices of content that creators choose to embed.
10.1 Embeds That May Set Third-Party Cookies

open.spotify.com. Spotify may set analytics and preference cookies. (Spotify Privacy Policy) - Twitch — Live stream and clip embeds load from
player.twitch.tv. Twitch may set analytics, authentication, and preference cookies. (Twitch Privacy Notice) - Stripe — Tip jar blocks load the Stripe payment form, which may set cookies required for payment processing and fraud prevention. (Stripe Privacy Policy)
10.2 Embeds That Do Not Set Third-Party Cookies
- YouTube — Video embeds use
youtube-nocookie.com, a privacy-enhanced mode provided by Google that does not set tracking cookies. A static thumbnail is shown until you click to play.
10.3 Link-Only Blocks
Creators may also add link blocks that direct you to external platforms. These links do not load embedded content or set cookies until you choose to visit them. Supported platforms include but are not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Discord, Kick, GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, Bluesky, Apple Music, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Ko-fi, Patreon, Gumroad, Fourthwall, and Shopify.
10.4 Your Control
You can limit third-party embed cookies by configuring your browser to block third-party cookies, using a browser extension that blocks embedded content, or enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) to signal your privacy preferences. Note that GPC controls Tizemint's own data collection; third-party embeds may or may not honor GPC depending on their own implementation.
